The Power Nutri™ Cup or Bowl is leaking.
If cup/bowl is on the unit:
- Make sure the outside of the container is dry and the threads are clean.
- Make sure the lid or blade assembly is sitting flat on the container.
- Place container on a flat surface and make sure the lid is flat on the container before twisting on.
- If cup/bowl is not on the unit:Make sure ingredients don't go above the Max Fill line of the container.
- If the container is overfilled, remove some ingredients.

The unit may have stalled because an ingredient got stuck. Unplug the unit, give it time to cool down, and add more liquid or dislodge stuck ingredients in cup/bowl.

As a safety feature, the motor will automatically shut off if it becomes too warm during multiple blends or if the container is heavily loaded. Unplug the unit from the wall and wait 15 minutes before using again.

- If using the bowl, make sure you are twisting the Power Paddle counterclockwise to ensure ingredients are not getting stuck.
- If using the cup, try adding more liquid or removing some ingredients.
- When installing the blade assembly, do not jam the blade onto the cup/bowl.
- Remove ingredients to install the blade assembly without forcing it.

When installing the blades, turn enough to create a secure seal, but do notovertighten. If a blade is stuck, use a dish towel to safely remove it.

The motor base is powerful. Loud noises are a normal occurrence, especially when blending frozen ingredients.If the noise seems louder than normal, add water until the cup/bowl is half full, then install the blade assembly. Install the container on the motor base and run any program. Ensure the blades are spinning.

The motor base is powerful. It is normal that air will blow from the sides of the unit. Move lightweight objects away from the unit before blending. Do not attempt to block vents.

If the display reads "Er", unplug the unit from the electrical outlet and allow it to cool for 15minutes. Remove the blade assembly and empty the contents to ensure no ingredients are jamming the blade assembly.
